Yes, our students come from the United States, Canada, Brazil, France, Spain, Germany, Norway, Denmark, Italy, Austria, Russia, Switzerland, Ireland, the United Kingdom, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Senegal, Hong Kong (China), and other regions.

Student groups typically range in age from 10 to 18 years old.

Yes, absolutely—we warmly welcome beginners with no prior experience to join us. Throughout the entire process, we will provide all necessary translation assistance and personalized support.

Each group is assigned a lead instructor and a personal attendant; consequently, the staff-to-student ratio is approximately 1:5.

All hotel guests will be registered with the police and will reside under the supervision of Chinese security personnel. Surveillance cameras have been installed on every floor. Our staff members will stay in the same hotel as the students to ensure that 24-hour assistance is available. The hotel features a front desk; should students require any assistance, they may contact Room Service or call the teachers’ rooms.

All staff members have received training in first aid procedures. First aid kits will be available on-site and throughout the entire process to treat minor abrasions and bruises, as well as more serious injuries. Should further medical assistance be required, we will transport the student to a high-quality clinic or international hospital and contact their parents for further instructions.

Upon the students’ arrival, we will assist them in purchasing local SIM cards. You may call the students in the morning before their classes begin, or in the evening after they have finished their meals. During the day, students are required to switch off their mobile phones and other communication devices to avoid disrupting classes or scheduled activities. If you wish to leave a message for your child, you may contact our program coordinators. Students are also permitted to use their mobile phones during tours and field trips.

Students will stay at a university-owned hotel located on campus. The rooms meet four-star standards and are designed for double occupancy. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, a bathroom with 24-hour hot water, a full set of furnishings, cable TV, free Wi-Fi access, and telephone service. Security personnel will be on duty 24/7.

There is no need to purchase these items. Our hotel provides toothbrushes, toothpaste, body wash, shampoo, and towels daily. However, if you prefer to use your own personal items, you are welcome to bring them along.

We generally recommend a weekly allowance of no more than 500 RMB. If necessary, our counselors will accompany students to exchange currency. We strongly recommend that we hold the students’ pocket money for safekeeping to prevent them from overspending or losing it.

Bedtime is at 10:00 PM. Students must return to their assigned rooms and be in bed. As students participate in group activities throughout the day, no one is permitted to leave the campus or hotel without supervision. Room checks will be conducted nightly between 9:30 PM and 10:30 PM. Program chaperones will stay at the same hotel as the students to ensure that any issues are addressed promptly.

There are various types of visas. Our students and parents should apply for the L-type visa (Tourist Visa), which is issued to foreigners visiting China for sightseeing, visiting relatives, or other private purposes.

We require every student to arrange their own health insurance, the validity of which must cover the entire duration of the program. We recommend purchasing coverage from an internationally recognized insurance provider to avoid any potential issues when utilizing the insurance within China. Additionally, we will procure accident insurance for the students in the host country to ensure their complete safety throughout the trip.

Yes, we provide complimentary airport transfer services for every student. Please be sure to confirm their flight details with us. A dedicated concierge will be waiting for each student at least 20 minutes prior to their flight’s scheduled landing time. We will be waiting at the customs exit, holding a sign displaying the student’s name; you will certainly be able to find us.
